Kypspr is a data infrastructure and semantic refinement platform. Our software generates a metadata overlay to structure clinical data. Kypspr does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Output from the Kypspr platform is intended for 'Non-Device Clinical Decision Support'. It allows a healthcare professional to independently review the basis for any recommendations. The original source of truth is always preserved cryptographically intact.

The underlying architecture, including the 'Sovereignty Circuit Breaker™' and 'Federated Semantic Refinery', is protected by U.S. Patent Application No. 63/935,277.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the 'Sovereignty Agent' or its kernel-level observability hooks.

No Protected Health Information (PHI) may be processed in the API Sandbox without a fully executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Processing PHI without a BAA is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination.

Sandbox access is usage-limited for evaluation ('Proof of Magic') and may be throttled to prevent resource contention.

Security is enforced via Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK). You are solely responsible for the management and preservation of these keys.

You acknowledge that Kypspr is architected to trigger a SIGKILL event upon key revocation. We cannot recover data for which you have destroyed the keys.
