The Data Pledge
Kypspr is an infrastructure company, not a data broker. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. Our business model is based on software licensing, not the monetization of patient records.
2. Distinction of Data Categories
Information collected when you browse kypspr.ai or fill out a contact form (e.g., Name, Work Email, IP Address). We use this strictly for B2B communication and GTM motion enablement.
Patient data processed by the Kypspr Platform is NOT covered by this web privacy policy. It is governed strictly by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the Master Services Agreement (MSA). PHI processed via our Federated Architecture never leaves your tenant in clear text.
3. Automated Sovereignty
We utilize a 'Sovereignty Circuit Breaker' (U.S. Patent App. No. 63/935,277) to ensure that PHI does not persist on our infrastructure without valid cryptographic consent.
Critical keys are processed in volatile memory locked against OS paging to prevent forensic leaks to disk.
